Goals

The Board conducts the official business of the District.  It consists of one person appointed by the county board, one member of the governing body of the town (Sampson), and three electors or owners of property within the district, elected by ballot for staggered three-year terms.  The Board selects a chairperson, secretary and treasurer from its members.
